Donation to 8th Grade Washington DC Trip 2026

Help our class take a trip to Washington DC next May! Each donation will contribute to the overall trip cost. Please enter your student's name to donate to their trip! If you want to donate to the group as a whole, you can type "Whole Group" in the "Student Name" section. 

Next year, our KCS 8th graders will participate in a dynamic, hands-on, civic education program for students in Washington DC. As educators, we are always looking for new and interesting ways to provide extra challenges and opportunities to enhance our students’ educational experience. We strongly believe that Close Up does just that and will provide a learning experience of a lifetime!

With over 40 years of experience, Close Up is the nation’s largest non-profit and non-partisan citizenship education organization; and they are driven by a mission to help students become more effective and informed citizens.
